Client approves before anything is scheduled
The GC or client must approve every dispatch request before a driver is assigned or a vendor is contacted. No exceptions, this is non-negotiable.

Trade partner provides the pickup details
The responsible trade partner or subcontractor confirms the vendor pickup location, contact person, and access requirements. We do not source this independently.

Vendors are tracked under trade partners
Every vendor is logged under the trade partner responsible for that material. Everyone on the project team knows exactly where each item is coming from at all times.

Photo proof logged automatically on delivery
Every delivery ends with a photo at the site gate, automatically logged to your procurement record with timestamp, driver details, and delivery confirmation.
